Nano CTO is operated by Skadi Oy, a Finnish limited company based in Helsinki, Finland. We're the data controller for anything you give us through this site.
What we collect
On this page right now, the only thing we collect is what you type into the email-capture form. When you submit it we store:
- your email address,
- the time you submitted it,
- which page you submitted it from,
- your country (derived from your IP, the IP itself is not stored),
- your browser's user-agent string.
Why
So we can email you exactly once, when memberships open, and so we have a basic sense of where interest is coming from. That's it. No newsletters, no drip campaigns, no third-party marketing tools.
Where it lives
Cloudflare D1 (an SQL database) in the EU region. We don't share the list with anyone outside Skadi Oy.
Analytics
Glyphex — privacy-respecting page-view counting with no cookies, no cross-site tracking, and no IP storage. We don't use Google Analytics or similar.
Your rights (GDPR)
Under the GDPR you can ask us to show, correct, or delete the data we hold about you. Email hello@nano-cto.com from the address you signed up with and we'll handle it within a working week.
Changes to this page
If we add anything that meaningfully changes what we store or how we use it, we'll update this page and email anyone on the list about the change before it takes effect.
